CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46) - The Charlotte- Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating after a man was shot and killed at the Arbor Glen Apartments Sunday afternoon in west Charlotte. The man has been identified as Zachary Finch, 21. The family has been notified of his death.  "He was basically in a pool of his own blood," Daisy Buckman said, who is an Arbor Glen tenant .  "Like there was blood everywhere.
