ROSEVILLE, Calif. (KCRA) — The deadline for some renters at the Shadowbrook Apartments in Roseville to vacate their units for renovations is Monday. Some residents told KCRA 3 they were recently visited by a law enforcement officer and the property manager, and told they could face charges and be arrested if they didn't leave by Monday. "Everybody here is paralyzed because this is our home. It's not just an apartment. We need more time." City officials said the apartment complex has so many problems that it's a health and safety hazard to the residents. The city was alerted to the problems after a balcony recently collapsed .
