We were told to leave, or be arrested

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (KCRA) — The deadline for some renters at the Shadowbrook Apartments in Roseville to vacate their units for renovations is Monday. Some residents told KCRA 3 they were recently visited by a law enforcement officer and the property manager, and told they could face charges and be arrested if they didn't leave by Monday.  Advertisement Watch report: Roseville renters given deadline to move out "We think that is horrible," said Darlene Reid, a resident of the complex, who said she felt intimidated. "Everybody here is paralyzed because this is our home. It's not just an apartment. We need more time."  City officials said the apartment complex has so many problems that it's a health and safety hazard to the residents. The city was alerted to the problems after a balcony recently collapsed .  Reid said she was given less than a month to find a new apartment and move out.
