Good morning. Here is what you need to know to start your day. ARREST MADE IN DAWSON HIT-AND-RUN A person has been taken into custody in connection to a deadly hit-and-run in Dawson. A suspect was arrested around 12 a.m. Friday. Officials have not released the name of the suspect yet. PEPPER SPRAY BANDIT ARRESTED The man accused of using pepper spray in two Moultrie armed robberies in July has been arrested, according to Captain Steve Jones with the Thomas County Sheriff 's Office. Jones said Karon "Turtle" Caldwell was taken into custody just before 10 p.m. on Thursday after warrants were issued for his arrest. Moultrie police said Caldwell went into two different package stores and made a purchase. When the clerk opened the drawer, police say he pepper sprayed the clerk, took the money and ran.
