UPPER WEST SIDE , NY — The NYPD is investigating the death of a 56-year-old woman who fatally fell 15 stories from an Upper West Side building as a suicide, an NYPD spokesman told Patch . The woman was found on the second-story scaffolding outside 820 West End Avenue , located on the corner of West 100th Street , shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday night, police said. She was unconscious and unresponsive and paramedics declared her dead on the scene, police said. The woman was not identified by police. UPPER WEST SIDE , NY — About 20 pounds of heroin and fentanyl were seized after federal, state and city law enforcement agencies raided an Central Park West apartment doubling as a drug mill, the New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor announced Monday .
