Rather than sleeping in a cramped dorm room, Wolter shares a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with three other freshmen.  The residence comes with amenities one would expect in a luxury apartment, such as a balcony, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and free parking. There's also a pool and fitness center across the street. Most students, when looking for apartments, are looking for close proximity to campus. These students don’t have to look much farther than Campus View Apartments . Located south on Providence, near the stadium, it's a convenient five minute drive to campus. On game days, I could just walk to the stadium from my apartment, essentially eliminating the “where are we going to park?” problem. In addition, there’s a shuttle that runs back and forth from campus free of charge. The rent is fairly reasonable; it's $429 a month for a four-bedroom apartment, and all but electricity are included for utilities. Campus View also offers two-bedroom apartments for $550 a month. UPDATE: The fire at Tivoli Apartments has been declared as an accidental fire with an undetermined cause, stated by Seminole County public information officer Paula Thompson . The Seminole Building Official determined the fire- damaged apartment building is unsafe to enter. Advertisement “This is primarily due to the thousands of gallons of water utilized during extinguishment of the fire that creates a potential risk for a ceiling collapse that could have hundreds of pounds of weight falling on someone inside the structure,” reads a statement released by Seminole County Fire Department . COLLEGE STATION - 21 people are without a place to live Monday night after an early morning apartment fire caused major damage at the Campus View Apartments in College Station . Fire officials announced late Monday afternoon the cause of the fire was related to a heating unit located in the ceiling of an upstairs apartment . News 3 looks at why the fire spread so quickly. Flames shot out of the roof of the Campus View Apartments on Harvey Road in College Station . Residents like Abraham Obregon were woken up by police and firefighters pounding on doors. "We found that the building right next to ours is completely engulfed in flames. The entire roof is on fire," he said. "Yeah this corner there was a very big flame," said Qibo Li, another resident. As early as April 2013, members of the Orem City Council and department heads were informed of preliminary discussions on the development and were asked to sign non-disclosure statements. Students moving into the Vie apartment complex on Tuesday were met with a variety of sanitation and damage issues, including long wait times , dirty rooms and few answers to their problems. Approximately 30 students have filed complaints to management, according to Kamie Henderson, general manager for Vie. Morgan Langdon, a second- year studying political science , claims that her apartment was full of dirt, debris and mildew when she arrived on Tuesday.  “The washer and dryer were filled with mildew,” Langdon said. “The filters hadn’t been changed at all. There was animal pee on the ground, to where you walked in and you had to plug your nose, it smelled so bad.
