SAGINAW TOWNSHIP , MI —  Audrey Fobear, 80, was watching television when the fire alarms started blaring . She headed for the exit with the rest of her neighbors at Lakeside Village , a three- story apartment complex at 4370 Lakeside Circle . Fobear lives three doors down from where the fire started. "I just saw the door open and flames," she said. "Two people were trying to put them out." The May 20 fire at Brookview Apartments near Edora Park has been deemed accidental, PFA Capt. Patrick Love said Tuesday.
