Gray death is a new “ drug cocktail ” that looks like concrete, which is where it gets its name. It contains a deadly mix of heroin, fentanyl, the elephant tranquilizer carfentanil , and a synthetic opioid called U-47700. Greenwood police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Coventry Court on March 18 around 8 p.m. A woman was inside an apartment at Polo Run Apartments laying on the floor, unconscious. POCATELLO — An Idaho State University student is facing multiple felony charges after police say he held a motorist at knifepoint, forcing the motorist to give him a ride. Police said 23-year-old Saud Khalid Almudaiheem , a student from Saudi Arabia who is living in Pocatello, was charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one felony charge of second- degree kidnapping . Around 2 a.m. Sunday, police said they received a call from a motorist claiming that Almudaiheem brandished a black box- cutter style knife and demanded a ride from the Jacksons Food Stores on South Fifth Avenue to an area near the Ridgecrest Apartments on Bartz Way. Smoking either tobacco or electronic cigarettes will be prohibited inside apartments , condominiums and townhomes in unincorporated areas of San Mateo County under a ban approved 4-1 Tuesday by the Board of Supervisors. Supervisors Carole Groom and Adrienne Tissier pushed the ordinance, which outlaws smoking inside and around multiple-unit buildings with one or more shared ceilings, floors, walls or ventilation systems. The ordinance also applies to any such buildings owned or leased by the county, regardless of where they are located. Second-hand smoke that wafts between rooms poses a danger to other occupants in the same building, according to county health officials . “We have a responsibility as a county to protect the health of our residents,” Tissier said.
