WORCESTER - Two people will be arraigned Monday in Worcester County District Court on charges stemming from a Friday afternoon fentanyl bust . Reinaldo Monserrate, 33, of 21 Dorchester St. and 4 May St., and Nicole Auger, 24, also of 21 Dorchester St. and 30 Poland St. in Webster, were arrested by police and charged with trafficking a Class B substance (100-199 grams) and a drug violation within 1,000 feet of a school. The school referenced in the charges is St. Mary's Junior/Senior High School, located across the street from where the arrests were made. Police said members of the vice squad had a search warrant for the basement apartment at 21 Dorchester St. When the officers entered the apartment around 1:40 p.m., Mr. Monserrate and Ms. Auger were inside, along with a 19-year-old female and a 3-year-old child. Police said the search produced several bags containing fentanyl, $405 in cash, a digital scale, and paperwork apparently belonging to Mr. Monserrate and Ms. Auger. T...
