A Virginia woman is fighting to block manslaughter charges filed against a Bronx high school student accused of killing a man who was attacking the 18-year-old’s mom. PEPPER SPRAY BANDIT ARRESTED The man accused of using pepper spray in two Moultrie armed robberies in July has been arrested, according to Captain Steve Jones with the Thomas County Sheriff 's Office. Jones said Karon "Turtle" Caldwell was taken into custody just before 10 p.m. on Thursday after warrants were issued for his arrest.
