The suspect in a July 30 armed robbery at the Dollar General Store in the Saddlebrook area off Ky. 192 was arrested on Tuesday morning. Dustin Ryan Gregory , 26, of Manchester, was located in an apartment in Manchester by Manchester City Police working in conjunction with the Laurel County Sheriff 's Office. Gregory is charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, first-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, and receiving stolen property over $10,000. Gregory reportedly entered the store around 7:48 p.m. that Sunday evening and took money from the clerk on duty, then fled the scene in a vehicle that had been reported stolen earlier that day. Sheriff's Deputy Travis Napier was in the vicinity when the call of the robbery was sent out by Laurel Dispatch and pursued the suspect vehicle. Laurel County Sheriff ’s Office officials say 26-year-old Dustin Ryan Gregory was arrested in an apartment by the Manchester Police Department on Tuesday afternoon. They say he robbed a Dollar Store at Saddlebrook near London on July 30th. Police say Gregory was charged with robbery, first-degree; fleeing or evading police and receiving stolen property $10,000 or more.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Authorities in Lehigh County have arrested a 44-year-old who allegedly broke into a house and stole TVs from a senior housing complex and an apartment building over a roughly five-day span. Allentown police charged Alex Fernandez , no confirmable address, in connection with the 2016 thefts from a Jackson Street home , Episcopal House and Bridgeview Apartments . District Judge David Howells Jr . arraigned Fernandez early Wednesday morning on three sets of charges, setting bail at a combined $38,000. A homeowner in the 900 block of Jackson Street reported to police that someone broke into his house sometime between April 27 and May 2, 2016, by climbing a rear fire escape and breaking a window, according to court records. The thief made off with a compressor and hammer drill worth about $1,100 and caused $150 in damage, according to records.
