ROSEVILLE, Calif. (KCRA) — The deadline for some renters at the Shadowbrook Apartments in Roseville to vacate their units for renovations is Monday. Some residents told KCRA 3 they were recently visited by a law enforcement officer and the property manager, and told they could face charges and be arrested if they didn't leave by Monday.  Advertisement Watch report: Roseville renters given deadline to move out "We think that is horrible," said Darlene Reid, a resident of the complex, who said she felt intimidated. "Everybody here is paralyzed because this is our home. It's not just an apartment. (KCRA) — Dozens of Roseville families are being forced to vacate their apartments by the end of June after a balcony collapse alerted the city to many safety problems at Shadowbrook Apartments. The city told KCRA 3 on Thursday that the buildings, which are more than 30 years old, have not been well maintained.
