Apartment is awesome, staff is very friendly and helpful. You will never face any issue here except with internet service ATT. Internet speed is worst and many of my friends including myself complained about the same. We need to be in 12 months contract with ATT internet and no other internet options like Xfinity. I am very happy to be in this apartment by renewing the lease for 1 more year but really worried with Att service. Manager Jennifer is so kind and understand all of your concerns. Hopefully this review will reach her and take necessary action to save apartment reputation.

"A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the washing drying at each apartment and full story covered parking garage. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else !! A beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails."

Remmington apartments is one of the best apartments I've lived in! When my husband and I move in they had a welcome package waiting for us on our apartment! That was so nice! Whenever I have an issue they are always there to help right away! They are very clean apartments! The price is good for the area! They are quiet and there is always plenty of parking! You should defenity check these apartments out! In the summer they have a pool party! They also have other events through out the year!! We are very happy here!!!

This complex and its staff are beyond exception. My fiance and I were able to move into our new apartment within days of inquiring about a lease. Which was great given the bind we were in. A little hesitant at first, not being able to see the apartment before out move since we were coming across the country. I must say, we were BEYOND satisfied and impressed with the level of customer service and gratitude received from the staff. As for the unit, extremely clean, nice, secure, great location. Extremely satisfied with our decision to say the least.

My fiancee and I moved here in November, and we love the place. It's very quiet and we have access to everything we need within walking or a short drive. Erika showed us our place and she always says hello when we come in. I'll never forget seeing the place for the first time and realizing this is where I want to live. Highly recommend.

Before renting at Remington I'd visited several apartment complexes, I felt depressed, This was supposed to be a fun experience, but to the contra…ry. The only place l felt welcomed was Remington!! It was scary to me looking for an apartment being from a small town; however, I was treated so well from my first visit to each time I call or come into the office as a new resident!! Amazing staff, but let me go back a bit...

Wow !!!! We are renewing our LEASE it's been a peaceful spectacular YEAR all of the negative reviews are so wrong we have had a few bumps 🙃normal when living in an apartment building 😏staff ,maintenance , are amazing . our concerns were always handled with professional care Remington Place definitely is a place for peace and quiet and luxury living remember people all you have to do is ask and you shall receive:)

There are the usual issues that you will face when renting an apartment anywhere. The maintenance staff is quick to assist, when needed, and very friendly. Jennifer, the property manager, is WONDERFUL and has been extremely helpful and understanding on several occasions.

The apartments are fully equipped with full size Washer Dryer in unit. We were specifically looking for apartments with in-house washer and dryer. Also the office management is really helpful. Stayed here for more than a year. Initially had complains only in terms of internet speed. But thankfully they updated to U-verse with better speeds. So the lone problem is now solved.
This apartment communities is at a very good location, with accessibility around all means. The maintenance is also done in a really well organized fashion. The apartments are fully equipped with full size Washer Dryer in unit. We were specifically looking for apartments with in-house washer and dryer. Also the office management is really helpful. The amenities are also well equipped and managed.
I would definitely recommend people to move into this complex.

Now I have to move out due to a job change. Even after 6 years being a perfect tenant they insist getting the 2 months pay for breaking the lease. Not very customer friendly at all. Typical corporate behavior. I did forget to mention that before me, our company rented another apartment from them for 5 years. I expected more from a long term "vendor". I know a contract is a contract but that is not how you treat long term customers. more »
Live there since 2010 and it has changed a lot since then. They always increase the rent but no upgrades or renovations during that time. They call it luxury apartments. Not really with having a kitchen straight out of the 80's. In the summer the pool has a lot of squatters.

There is an issue that no one seems to have mentioned here yet. The internet! Slow, slow, slow! Remington seems to have signed up some deal with some crappy internet provider, so you don't get ATT Uverse or Xfinity Comcast. So enjoy the incredible amount of free time you'll have while you wait for google to load and videos to buffer. Management put out a letter saying the Uverse will be here by October'14. Its now December and I see no traces....
