Description

This is a lovely modern apartment in an excellent location! I would love to stay here, but unfortunately I am having to relocate for work purposes. It is on the 4th floor of a quiet lane house. The lane is perfectly placed close to a number of restaurants, with a nice super market on one corner of the street (Jianguo West Rd, Yueyang Rd), and a family mart on the other (Jianguo West Rd, Taiyuan Rd). The apartment includes an oven, built in electric stove top, washer/ dryer, rainfall shower head, air conditioning, TV, queen size bed with soft mattress, comfy sofa & a large fridge. There is also lots of additional room for storage and clothes space which is fantastic! It is very close to metro stops: Zhaojiabang Rd, lines 7&9 (10 min walk), Jiashan Rd, lines 9&12 (10 min walk), & Hengshan Rd, Line 1 (15 min walk).
