Forest Hill Apartment Fire Under Investigation

FOREST HILL, MD — Fire broke out at an apartment in Forest Hill Friday evening, officials reported.

At 8:53 p.m., crews were dispatched to the 200 block of Kimary Court for an apartment fire and found a blaze in one of the residences, according to Jenn Chenworth, spokeswoman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.

Bel Air and neighboring fire companies responded to the scene, placing the blaze under control within 10 minutes, Chenworth said. Nobody was injured.

By 10 p.m., crews were reportedly preparing to leave, and the cause of the fire was under investigation. Image via Shutterstock.
