Just wanted to mention that Edwin, the Leasing Specialist, is amazing! We needed an apartment asap, and he made it happen very efficiently. We would totally recommend to talk to him if you're looking in renting an apartment in Villa Del Sol, which is a very beautiful complex!

If you only have one car it's a good place to live but if you have a second car, parking is a bitch. I've had my car towed several time do to the fact that their is no parking in the property. So I've parked near a shopping center and if you even plan to park your car across the street (fairview) though streets are private and can get cited. If you plan to rent a parking lift, good luck management has a waiting list and you'll be paying over $100 a month.

It's not really a place for kids because teenagers come and smoke weed near the kids and the "security's" guys don't do anything but just talk to them as if they were friends. Most people living here are really rude the place looks pretty but inside the apartment is terrible so many things are always needing a fix or are breaking.

I would like to make a comment on the apartment complex itself and the staff. Despite the negative comments I had a great experience looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. The staff greeted me and assisted me as I walked in. I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

When I saw how good of a price this place offered I immediately contacted the property for information and scheduled a viewing with them despite the bad reviews they have . I have a husky with me and I understand that husky is on restricted list for a lot of places so when they told me that husky is allowed at their place I decided to go see it and rent it. During my viewing I repeatedly asked the staff if husky was really allow ed they confirmed with me multiple time that they do allow husky as long as she stays under the weigh limit and gave me the application to fill out. But when I came back the next day they say that they are sorry for the miscommunication and husky is on restricted list for their place. What kind of business is this??? Not only did they bring my hope up by giving me the false information, I also had to drive back and forth for the paperwork and all that but in the end all I got was "I'm sorry husky isn't allowed." Nothing more!!! If you were to do this kind of business shouldn't be a little more professional? It's starting to make me think that you only run a business to collect money but care nothing about their clients.

I don't know where to even begin, I agree with the other comments, worst place especially if you have a pet. They will find any excuse to kick your dog out. Worst place ever.

I have been living here for a couple of months now and Dont have anything negative to say. I havnt had any problems but When i do have a problem the management team always takes care of it right away and whatever concern I have they always do there best to answer plus on a side note I have never heard of someone complain about the corn man ever!!!

Hello my name is Ana, and im really sorry for all the people who had a bad experince here! At Villa Del Sol. Let me tell you about my experience!!! Since day one wich is the day we stepped in the office looking for a new place, our experince was the best!! *Kwasi Sefa-Boakye* was the person who started us on paper work for the apartment! The moment we met, without him knowing us he was being the Best!!! Really friendly a HUGE smile on his face a smile that to me ment a lot! Wich at the same time left me speechless, since now a days is really hard to find People like KWASI I can keep on going and I would never end describing him since he's just out of this world in the GOOD kind of way! There's also Aracely "Cheli" she's also really nice. I dont know if they have new people working here but what I do know is that everyone in there is really friendly! Something you hardly see anywhere! I am really happy being a tenant here at Villa Del Sol! Its really not what people say about this place There's not enough visitor parking place! But thats mostly everywhere in apartments so I invite you to try out Villa Del Sol for your next place to live in

Villa del sol.. more like villa del shit!! Currently a resident here and we are counting the months that our lease is over! Worst place ive ever lived at! Would not recommend to anyone! Security is rude anda bunch of perverts! Caught one peeking through my window! My home got broken into, I requested to move apartments away from the street for the sake of my daughter's safety (so much for security), and they did nothing about it, even after providing police report and insurance claim. Words of advice. . DON'T MOVE HERE!!

I agree with everyone else. Living here is a nightmare. Parking is horrible! Most of all, the staff will NOT leave you alone! They enter your apt at least once a month for inspections/painting/remodeling...etc. And the bad part about it is they don't ask to enter. They leave a note on your door the day before and expect to come in the next day. One day I was getting ready for work and I barely got out of the shower and they were BLOWING UP my phone and banging on my door! And I didn't even get a "24 notice" on my door saying they were going to come in. I don't know about the rest of you but I would like some privacy in my home! This is ridiculous!! Oh, and if you are thinking of moving here, be prepared to have your rent raised $100 after the first six months, and then after a year and a half, they'll raise it a glorious $170! (Basically kicking you out. So nice of them.) It doesn't feel like a residence here at all, it feels like I'm in the middle of the business they are running. They don't care about you feeling comfortable, it's all about the $$$$$. In fact, I've never felt comfortable living here so.... I'm out!

I cannot begin to express how much i dislike this place. I would NEVER recommend this place to even my worse enemy. Since day 1, I had problems with this place. I cannot wait til my lease is over. When i complained about the garbage disposal smelling because the bottom apartment or next door neighbors food was coming up thru my sink all they could tell me was "well u can pour bleach into the sink and cover it. that makes the smell go away" WTH?! So not only do i pay rent but i also have to take care of my own maintenance? Then the parking was a nightmare. We were told that we would get a second parking for the price of $50 a month once we moved in. So stupidly we believed and when we came to get our keys the problems started with no parking available. i have to pretty much be at the office an hour before it opens bc there is already a line of people going for a pass. When i wasnt able to get one but other tenants were getting passes for their guest i was livid. I was told that i could park two blocks down street and that was my only solution. RIDICULOUS! I had to complain sooo much specially after my friend came to visit and the security said she could park in a no parking spot and then towed her car. We later found out that the security gets $50 for every call they make to tow companies they work with. I complained so much that i finally got an extra parking. The security is ridiculous. they are quick to go and tell you you cant park here or there but when you really need them, they are no where to be found. The ladies at the office ALWAYS change their story and they NEVER seem to know what the hell is going on. they do not communicate with each other and their stories never add up. It is so unorganized and unprofessional. It was my first time ever moving out on my own. they have made it the worse experience ever.
