Seattle rent comparison: What $1475 rents you right now

In Crown Hill, rent this furnished, one-bedroom, corner apartment with its own outside entrance for $1,495. Bonus: It has a washer and dryer in-unit, plus an off-street parking space. (No pets though.)
In Northgate, this one-bedroom in vintage, arched building The Galleria rents for $1,445, and features a private balcony and access to two shared pools. Other shared amenities include a lounge and a 24-hour fitness center, and pets are welcome.
Near Westwood Village in West Seattle, this one-bedroom is mostly no-frills—except for the deck and the fireplace. It has a washer and dryer in-unit and rents for $1,450.
This vintage bottom-floor one-bedroom in First Hill has checkerboard tile, a clawfoot tub, and a gigantic walk-in closet—and pets are okay. It rents for $1,525 a month.
In Lichton Springs, this one-bedroom, available for $1,475 on the dot, has its own fenced backyard—very convenient for people with pets, which are allowed. Other conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, plus garage parking.

The building is right across the street from the Seattle Art Museum, and the pet-friendly unit overlooks a shared courtyard. Amenities include two gyms, two hot tubs, and pools, plus a 24-hour concierge.
