Overall we have been happy here, the property is well maintained and willingness to fix and problem within our apartment is always speedy and efficient. A couple of things, problem with being charged for rental insurance that we already had, this charge showed up for 4/5 months before being resolved, and only partially reimbursed.
Also, the  "referral program" has proved to come with unstated conditions. We have referred several friends and have yet to qualify for the "$300" promised for referring. Disappointing. Nothing to move out over just wish it wasn't promoted without stating stipulations.

Bloober Team’s Observer is here and it’s pretty darn great . Set almost exclusively in an apartment building, the game has you explore the lives of multiple residents living within Kraków slums (AKA The Stacks). These people offer diverse stories , reactions and sometimes secrets, so I thought I’d make a handy guide to each of the occupants to help you find them all and know what you’re in for.
