UAE ruler issues decree to start value-added taxes in 2018


There has been a reported shooting at the Whispering Pines Apartment Complex Tuesday night according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Department.

One man was shot after two suspects reportedly attacked him while leaving his vehicle.

Deputies and a K-9 unit were sent to the area in search for the two suspects.
