Lakeside Village Apartments - 22 Photos - Apartments - 1701 Ellis Lake Dr, Marysville, CA - Phone Number

Lakeside Village Apartments at 1701 Ellis Lake Drive Marysville , CA 95901 has an awesome manager Erin . She listens to concerns of her residents and does her best to help her residents with there issues. I would highly recommend Lakeside Village Apartments if you new to the area and need a clean, safe place to call home. I lived here for a little under 3 years and my experience renting at Lakeside Village was very positive. First of all, Cassondra, the property manager, is awesome. She's extremely friendly, professional, and will go out of her way to help you out if you ask. For example, when I was returning from a deployment overseas and needed a place on very short notice, she was able to work something out for me, and even met me on a Saturday to get me moved in. She is also good about explaining exactly how various parts of the renting process work , to include deposit type stuff . If you aren't getting all of your deposit back, the reason will be explained. I have neve...

Marina del Rey residents want park, not apartment complex

County planners see the 2- acre public parking lot on the west side of Marina del Rey as underutilized and better suited for an apartment complex . But a group of citizens has a different vision for the land along Marquesas Way near Via Marina, not far from Mother's Beach. In its place, they want the county to build a park - a use envisioned for the site years ago , but that never came to fruition as marina redevelopment plans marched forward . The parking area - Parcel FF - is one of several in Marina del Rey that the county Department of Beaches and Harbors wants to redevelop, but that requires a land-use change before anything could be built on it. The Board of Supervisors in February agreed to establish new uses for FF and other parking lots - despite community opposition - and on April 26 could vote to certify an environmental report for the planned apartment development . (The land-use amendments still require California Coastal Commission approval ). With the supervisors...

In NoMad, a 55-Story Condo Tries to Peek Out From the Pack

Image
“I think buyers will appreciate it,” said Mr. Korolik, who explained that the original development site , which he purchased in 2014, consisted of just three lots, meaning that he could have built a 35-story tower, at best. Air rights can be sold by a building that has not been constructed to its maximum allowable height . Those rights can be shifted around and sold, though mostly between buildings that are side by side. Photo A model of the new 130-unit condo. Credit Katherine Marks for The New York Times Mr. Korolik added, “But developers are like teachers and parents. We do a whole lot of work, but sometimes we are underappreciated.” Of course, not everybody will be able to live in the upper stories of the spire, which is designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, a firm whose portfolio includes skyscrapers like 432 Park Avenue. But in an unusual move, every apartment is a corner unit with two exposures, which developers say will especially help residents of lower floors enjoy their f...

What serenity! - Review of Woodmere Serviced Apartments, Nairobi

After driving past Woodmere for something like 3 years on my way to and from work, and after moving out of Nairobi, I finally had a chance to stay there after I only had had feedback from friends who had used the establishment. My family and I stayed one night only, as our passing through Nairobi was fairly tight, but I must say we enjoyed every minute of it. The owner made us feel at home from the very first minute and the staff we met is nice and polite. The style of the buildings is the usual one of many houses and blocks of flats from about 20 years ago, and a lot of the apartments seem to differ in structure. We had some difficulty getting hot water out of the shower in the morning, but the season was already warm enough to warrant a cold-ish splash. My son is in an apartment in Houston He just renewed his

Good morning. You do have recourse. With any apartment rental comes the implied warranty of habitability, which includes the right to a healthy and safe environment. If you are being subjected to second hand smoke, you do not have a healthy environment. That means the landlord is in default and you can terminate your lease without recourse unless he solves the problem. Due to his default, you can also file a claim against the landlord for any costs of relocation and temporary living costs during the transition. I hope this has given you the guidance you were seeking. I wish you the best of luck! If you have a follow-up question, please remember that there might be a delay between your follow up questions and my answers because I may be helping other clients or taking a break. If I have adequately answered your question, even though the answer might not have been the one for which you hoped, I would appreciate it if you would please click the GREEN ACCEPT button so that I receive cred...
