REDDING, Calif. - People were back to their usual activities at the Shadowbrook Apartments Saturday after their daily routines were put on hold Friday afternoon . Redding police and S.W.A.T. teams camped outside the complex for almost eight hours after learning wanted felon Michael Felsch was staying in one of the apartments. Christy Fox was painting her daughter's room when she got a call from her son, asking if she was safe. "I was like what are you talking about? So he told me to come down and look and S.W.A.T. was here, and there was like four or five different cop cars and they actually had their guns drawn, and I was kind of scared cause I didn't know which unit they were trying to go in or out of," Fox said.
