Let me tell you something as a current resident in Lucky. I have dealt with many property management companies , Forward Management by far being the worst in the city, and I do not see any of these bad things happening here. The staff, and I mean all of them, are accessible, helpful, and friendly. Three years ago I was living in the Woodman's parking lot and I built my businesses up to the point that I can now afford a penthouse at Lucky. I can also afford several lawyers and do have them. If Lucky stepped one foot out of line you bet they would be in court by me or anyone else up here most likely.
