UPDATE: The fire at Tivoli Apartments has been declared as an accidental fire with an undetermined cause, stated by Seminole County public information officer Paula Thompson . The Seminole Building Official determined the fire- damaged apartment building is unsafe to enter. Advertisement “This is primarily due to the thousands of gallons of water utilized during extinguishment of the fire that creates a potential risk for a ceiling collapse that could have hundreds of pounds of weight falling on someone inside the structure,” reads a statement released by Seminole County Fire Department . The building has been handed back over to Tivoli property management . The American Red Cross , University of Central Florida and Tivoli Property Management are working to relocate residents. I'm a recent convert to apartment accommodation. You just get so much more space than a standard hotel room , don't you?  So when I was invited to check out the Aaron Wise Apartments in Cardiff recently I was looking forward to seeing what a stay would bring. The Aaron Wise Apartments are situated in the center of Cardiff, a short 10-minute walk from Cardiff Central train station , 10 minutes from Cardiff Castle and a 15-minute walk from high street shopping at Queen Street. With a view of the Principality Stadium, it really is well positioned for a stay in the Welsh capital. The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was on the top floor. Entry is via a pin code which they email you before you arrive. Such a simple idea but an efficient idea, no fussing around picking up keys at all. She listens to concerns of her residents and does her best to help her residents with there issues. I would highly recommend Lakeside Village Apartments if you new to the area and need a clean, safe place to call home. I lived here for a little under 3 years and my experience renting at Lakeside Village was very positive. First of all, Cassondra, the property manager, is awesome. She's extremely friendly, professional, and will go out of her way to help you out if you ask. For example, when I was returning from a deployment overseas and needed a place on very short notice, she was able to work something out for me, and even met me on a Saturday to get me moved in.
