SPRINGDALE, Ark. -- - UPDATE: Springdale Police have determined that the suspect they are searching for in a deadly Monday night shooting was roommates with the victim.  The two lived together in the Chapel Ridge Apartments in Springdale.  The victim has been identified as Rwabuzisoni Daniel, a 21-year-old male from Burundi.  Police are still searching for the suspect, but said a warrant has been issued for Capital Murder.  Our original reporting is below.  Springdale Police are searching for a man after a deadly shooting Monday night . Deputies responded to a call around 8 p.m. at Chapel Ridge Apartments for a report of a shooting. A dark skinned male between the ages of 18-21 was found dead from what appeared to be multiple gunshot wounds . After an investigation, officers identified 23-year-old male, Mei Ka Sin as a suspect.   Springdale Police are searching for him for further questioning. I have dealt with many property management companies , Forward Management by far being the worst in the city, and I do not see any of these bad things happening here. The project has been hailed as a catalyst for the area since The Hignell Companies of Chico announced it was purchasing the former motel late last year. Hignell would transform the property between Pine and Market streets into 24 one-bedroom and 20 studio apartment units that would average between 400 and 500 square feet of floor space. A 12- unit apartment building in Tacoma near University Place went up in flames Tuesday afternoon , resulting in a partial roof collapse , Tacoma fire officials said. The two-alarm fire at 2602 Westridge Ave. West started at about 4 p.m. and caused damage to all 12 apartments in the building, but no one was believed to be hurt or missing, said Tacoma Fire Department spokesman Joe Meinecke . By 5:45 p.m., the fire had been mostly contained but firefighters were still working to control hot spots . When first responders arrived, they were greeted by flames and smoke coming out of the back side of one building at the Boulders at Puget Sound apartment complex . The fire climbed to the third floor and into the roof and spread laterally, and crews had to be called out of the building as the roof partially collapsed , Meinecke said. A 24-year-old man is wanted for questioning in the Friday evening shooting of a woman at a Benton City apartment . Christian M. Hernandez has been named as a “person of interest” by the Benton County Sheriff ’s Office. Hernandez, who’s also known as “Lil Criminal” and “Phat Boy,” is believed to be armed and dangerous. He is suspected of shooting Mariah Coronado in the back with a rifle. Coronado, 22, was inside the apartment at Eighth Street and Della Avenue with several other people when she was shot, Sheriff Jerry Hatcher has said. He initially said that investigators weren’t sure if the shooting was accidental or intentional. Coronado was picked up by an acquaintance and driven to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, according to an update from the sheriff’s office.
