11 811 S. Fairview Avenue Santa Ana , CA 92704 (844) 611-0589 Just wanted to mention that Edwin, the Leasing Specialist, is amazing! We needed an apartment asap, and he made it happen very efficiently. We would totally recommend to talk to him if you're looking in renting an apartment in Villa Del Sol, which is a very beautiful complex! If you only have one car it's a good place to live but if you have a second car, parking is a bitch. I've had my car towed several time do to the fact that their is no parking in the property. So I've parked near a shopping center and if you even plan to park your car across the street (fairview) though streets are private and can get cited. If you plan to rent a parking lift, good luck management has a waiting list and you'll be paying over $100 a month. It's not really a place for kids because teenagers come and smoke weed near the kids and the "security's" guys don't do anything but just talk to them as if...
