Rather than sleeping in a cramped dorm room, Wolter shares a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with three other freshmen.  The residence comes with amenities one would expect in a luxury apartment, such as a balcony, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and free parking. There's also a pool and fitness center across the street. HENRICO COUNTY , Va. -- Firefighters battled an apartment fire Monday night in Henrico County 's West End. The fire broke out at the Hickory Creek Apartments in the 2300 Block of Hickory Creek Drive around 7 p.m. The apartment complex sits just off Mayland Drive behind the Tuckernuck Shopping Center near J.R. Tucker High School . "First arriving fire crews made it on scene in three minutes and reported heavy fire from the first floor apartment all the way up to the third floor apartment and through the roof," Henrico Fire spokesman Capt . Daniel Rosenbaum said. "The fire damaged eight of the ten apartments in the building but due to the quick extinguishment of the fire, no other buildings were damaged." Internet speed is worst and many of my friends including myself complaine … d about the same. We need to be in 12 months contract with ATT internet and no other internet options like Xfinity. I am very happy to be in this apartment by renewing the lease for 1 more year but really worried with Att service. Manager Jennifer is so kind and understand all of your concerns. Arapahoe County Foundation fund for Southview Apartment Fire Victims established LITTLETON , CO — A fund has been established through the Arapahoe County Foundation to assist victims of the Southview Place Towers Apartments fire that occurred on April 6 in the 5800 block of S. Windermere St. More than 130 senior citizens have been displaced by the fire and although all are now in housing, the crisis is far from over and many of the current housing solutions are temporary. Residents were informed this week that their leases will be terminated and they will not be able to return to their apartments due to smoke and asbestos damage. Additionally, some residents were told that they must pack and move all of their furnishings and belongings within the next 10 days, and others were told that they could never retrieve their items due to contamination. UPDATE: The fire at Tivoli Apartments has been declared as an accidental fire with an undetermined cause, stated by Seminole County public information officer Paula Thompson . The Seminole Building Official determined the fire- damaged apartment building is unsafe to enter. Advertisement “This is primarily due to the thousands of gallons of water utilized during extinguishment of the fire that creates a potential risk for a ceiling collapse that could have hundreds of pounds of weight falling on someone inside the structure,” reads a statement released by Seminole County Fire Department .
