A Long Island woman hired for sex via Craigslist was bludgeoned to death with a hammer when her unhinged client didn ’t want to pay, authorities said Thursday. The 25-year-old woman, who was not identified, met with suspect Raphael Oyague , 36, after linking up with him on the classifieds posting site Tuesday night , a Nassau County Police Department spokesman said. At some point during the carnal quid-pro-quo, an argument over compensation led Oyague to attack the victim with a hammer, Nassau County Detective . Lt. Richard Le Brunk said. ALBANY, Ga. - Three Georgia children, who were the subject of a child abduction alert Wednesday night , have been found safe in Florida.  A Levi's Call, Georgia's Amber Alert system was activated just after 7 p.m. for a mother and three children, ages 4 to 7, after police said they were abducted from the Rivercrest Apartments located at 525 Don Cutler Sr . Drive in Albany. Clarion M. Garrison, 28, was taken into custody by the Marion County Sheriff 's Office just after 9 p.m. near Ocala. She turned herself into authorities after deputies discovered her three children and two of her relatives in her car in front of relative’s home located in the 3200 block of NE 47th Terrace in Ocala. Deputies booked Garrison into jail on an outstanding warrant in Georgia. Investigators from Albany said they will be traveling down to see her Thursday morning. LAKEWOOD, Wash. (AP) - A convicted sex offender has been charged in connection with breaking into several apartments while naked south of Tacoma. Pierce County Prosecutor Mark Lindquist says Curtis Sell was charged Wednesday with three counts of burglary with sexual motivation in connection with the break-ins and failure to register as a sex offender. Lindquist says police responded to a Lakewood apartment building Aug . 2 where a woman reported that she awoke to a naked man removing the fan from her bedroom window. She told police after she screamed and her boyfriend came in the room, the man ran away. Lindquist says that morning investigators were called to other nearby residences where two other women reported similar stories . In all three instances, Lindquist says, the women positively identified Sell from a photo line-up. UPPER WEST SIDE , NY — The NYPD is investigating the death of a 56-year-old woman who fatally fell 15 stories from an Upper West Side building as a suicide, an NYPD spokesman told Patch . The woman was found on the second-story scaffolding outside 820 West End Avenue , located on the corner of West 100th Street , shortly after 6 p.m. Wednesday night, police said. She was unconscious and unresponsive and paramedics declared her dead on the scene, police said. The woman was not identified by police. Kolkata: In a shocking incident, a 23-year-old air hostess passed away in the wee hours of Wednesday after falling off her third floor apartment located in Keshtopur in the northern fringes of Kolkata. Identified as Khongsit Clara , the flight attendant with IndiGo Airlines, died under mysterious circumstances. She was found in a pool of blood on the ground floor of the complex by a local resident who was on a scooter. Police have started investigating the case to determine whether it was an accident, a murder or suicide. Two of Clara's friends were found in her apartment after the late night party hosted at Khongsit's residence. OVIEDO, Fla. - New video was released Wednesday in connection with a crash near the University of Central Florida in which a student was killed. Austin Ekern, 20, who attended Florida State University and was the son of a longtime UCF staff member , was run over and killed Friday on Alafaya Trail near McCulloch Road. "I have a 20-year-old son who is in the prime of his life and it was taken in an instant," Brent Ekern, Austin's father, told News 6. The video, obtained from a nearby apartment complex , shows a white van and black car traveling through the area, and the Florida Highway Patrol said it believes the black car struck Austin Ekern and knocked him down onto Alafaya Trail.  Troopers said that up to a minute later a pickup truck ran over Austin Ekern, killing him. Kamden Johnson (Courtesy: Family) A woman charged with abuse of a corpse in the death of a young boy in Mobile is set to be in court Wednesday for a bond hearing. Five year old Kamden Johnson was found dead on Demetropolis Road in Mobile Monday afternoon . A daycare worker, Valarie Patterson, is now charged in the case. Kamden's body was found in some bushes in front of this home. The discovery was made by several girls walking home from a school bus stop . FOX Ten News spoke to one of the girls, 11 year old Alezandreia Garmon. She says she tried to wake him up several times. Garmon said, "There was no stabbing wounds or no blood. Gary Pfahler, 26, who became Chestnut Ridge 's first – and to this point only – state champion in 2008, died Thursday morning in Fort Pierce, Florida, according to J Edward Blackburn Funeral Home in Alum Bank, which is handling arrangements. Christine Weekes, administrative manager for the St. Lucie County Coroner and Medical Examiner's Office, said that an autopsy was performed but could not determine the cause and manner of death. A toxicology report is pending. Pfahler captured the PIAA Class AA championship in 2008, his senior year at Chestnut Ridge . A trail of blood allegedly led police from a woman’s bludgeoned corpse to a Long Island man ’s apartment — and now he has been charged with beating her to death with a hammer after a Craigslist sex-for-cash rendezvous. A woman took a fatal plunge from the 16th floor of an Upper West Side building on Wednesday and cops are looking into whether she was the victim of foul play. The 56-year-old woman fell from an apartment window on West End Ave. by W. 100th St. onto a second-floor landing just after 6:10 p.m., police said. She didn’t live there, and when officer got inside the flat, they found it vacant, cops said. Neighbors said police saw the man who lives in the apartment walking into the building, and took him in for questioning. BOSTON — A student at a Boston university with Milwaukee ties who was reported missing early Monday was found passed away in his vehicle, the man's step-mother said. Authorities said they do not suspect foul play in the death of 25-year-old Nicholas Williams, who was last seen Wednesday, Aug. 9. Advertisement Beverly Williams said detectives told her that her step-son likely died of sarcoidosis, the medical condition that took his hearing and later affected his vision. Williams said her step-son didn't have his medication with him when he was reported missing . The missing persons report was filed with the Boston Police Department on Monday after the Suffolk University student failed to appear at his weekend job as an advocacy intern. Beverly Williams said he had no contact with friends or family in recent days, nor had there been any activity on his social media accounts . LOS ANGELES, Calif. (KGTV) - The decomposed body of a University of Southern California graduate student was discovered Wednesday in a dorm room, multiple sources reported . Jacob Kelley, 24, was in his first year of the Master of Science and Medical Physiology program , according to KABC. A Los Angeles Police Department detective told the Daily Trojan that a cleaning crew noticed a foul scent and found Kelley dead in the apartment in the Seaver Residence Hall .  Kelley died seven days before his remains were found, the detective said. The Los Angeles County Coroner is investigating Kelley's cause of death.
