UPPER WEST SIDE , NY — About 20 pounds of heroin and fentanyl were seized after federal, state and city law enforcement agencies raided an Central Park West apartment doubling as a drug mill, the New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor announced Monday . Four men are facing charges for operating a heroin and fentanyl packaging operation out of the apartment following the sting led by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration ’s, NYPD, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the New York State Police . On Friday law enforcement officers were conducting surveillance on 448 Central Park west — located across from Central Park near West 105th Street — when they observed a man exit the building carrying two boxes and enter an Uber car, officials told Patch . Police: 3 teens involved in fatal shooting in Westchester

GREENBURGH, N.Y. (AP) — Police in a New York City suburb have charged three teenagers in connection with a fatal shooting. The Journal News reports (http://lohud.us/2ijQUR5 ) a 16-year-old boy has been charged with multiple offenses including first-degree manslaughter. The teen's 18-year-old brother and another 18-year-old man both face charges of criminal possession of a firearm and tampering with physical evidence. Police say the three teens were involved in the fatal shooting of Joseph Smith III , of Greenburgh. Investigators say Smith was shot to death in the stairwell of a Greenburgh apartment complex Thursday . Police say the Smith was targeted by the suspects. According to authorities, police recovered a gun at the apartment of one of the suspects after obtaining a search warrant.
