CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. -- A mother and her young son were found dead in an apartment complex on French Road in Cheektowaga, according to Cheektowaga police . The bodies of Raina Voll, 30, and her son Leo Klinger , 7, were discovered by Cheektowaga police officers around 6 p.m. Thursday. Earlier that day, police found Voll 's other son, a 2-year-old, abandoned in stroller near a church four miles away. Through investigation, police found out that the boy lived in Kingswood Apartments, where the bodies of his mother and his brother were found. Police believe Voll was in a relationship with the man charged in connection with her and her son's death. Shane Stevenson pleaded not guilty to two counts of second-degree murder. He was denied bail and will be in court again next week. Stevenson is not the father of either child, police said. CASSELBERRY, Fla. - A man was found shot to death Tuesday night at a Casselberry apartment complex , but few details have been released. Police said Robert D. Arrocha, 33, died in the shooting, which was reported at 9:41 p.m. at the Carrington Park apartments on Howell Branch Road near State Road 436. Casselberry police taped off a large area of the complex and searched for evidence while interviewing residents in the area. Two men who were seen leaving the area in a white Kia Sol are wanted for questioning.  A man who lives at the complex said suspicious activity has increased in the area over the last few years. "On toward the back, there's shady activity, always groups of people.  People being loud, people being rowdy -- all kinds of things, to be honest," he said. Christopher Raymond Ellison , 35, of 621 North Street in Eden, was charged with one count of attempted first-degree murder and one count of assault with a deadly weapon. The stabbing was reported at the Brownstone Commons apartments at 1012 Apt. 1 on Georgia Avenue at about 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 17. Arriving officers found two stabbing victims at the scene, a 44-year-old mother and a 7-year-old daughter. A few blocks away, officers found Ellison , the suspect, near Knott Street and New Street and there was an altercation that ended with police shooting Ellison . A Salina woman was booked into jail on charges of having sex with a 12-year-old boy. Police Captain Paul Forrester tells KSAL News that authorities learned about an incident that allegedly occurred Monday between 18-year-old Lenora J. Dyke and the pre-teen at her Chapel Ridge Apartment from the boy’s mother. Police say the boy and Dyke had met through his older brother, and that Dyke used private Facebook messages to send nude photos of herself to entice the victim to visit her apartment located at 2363 Chapel Ridge . She is now facing charges that could include rape, electronic solicitation of a child and promoting obscenity to minors.

Firefighters responded to the blaze at an apartment building along the 1100 block of Hampton Avenue just before 4:30 a.m. and said flames could be seen coming from the building. Blacksburg Police responded to a man collapsing after moving in furniture on Friday, August 14. Blacksburg Rescue and Police units responded to the scene and tried to revive the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.   Lt. Mike Albert from Blacksburg Police assured that there was no foul play or suspicion involved with the situation. "It was a medical condition for the subject that was walking out of a building," Albert said. The man was moved from the scene approximately at 9:30 p.m.

They were part of the Houston Artists Gallery , or HAG, as they referred to themselves.
